Safety for the places
infrastructure can't reach.

Zenith owns a gap the incumbents can't serve: live awareness and communication in the environments where cellular and satellite stop working — built on hardware that needs no network at all.

The Market

A large, underserved
safety problem.

Outdoor participation is rising and duty-of-care expectations are tightening — yet the environments involved are precisely where existing comms fail. Figures below are indicative; the full market model is in our deck.

The Opportunity

Why Zenith,
why now.

The pieces have only just lined up — rising participation, tightening duty-of-care, and LoRa hardware finally cheap and capable enough to mesh at scale.

Infrastructure independence is the moat
No masts, no SIMs, no satellite contracts. Competitors built on cellular or satellite literally cannot follow us into the dead zones — the network is the product.
Hardware plus recurring software
Devices sell the platform; Command and the intelligence layer create recurring, expanding revenue per operator over time.
A wedge into a category
Outdoor education and expeditions are the beachhead. The same core extends to events, ski and national parks — a category, not a single product.
Founder–market fit
Built by an operator who ran outdoor operations and lived the problem — not a solution looking for a market.
Starlink & the Future

Connectivity vs.
coordination.

"Aren't you threatened by Starlink?" is the question every investor asks — and the answer is the strategy. Satellite is connectivity; Zenith is coordination. They solve different halves of the problem, and the second rides on the first.

MESH UPLINK · OPTIONAL BACKHAUL FIELD MESHCOMMAND UNIT SATELLITE UPLINKCLOUD per-person trackingthe live picture optional · any providerHQ · stakeholders

The mesh does the field work — low-power, per-person, indoor, no per-head cost. One optional satellite uplink per deployment carries the aggregated picture to the cloud. Provider-agnostic by design.

Satellite can't see your group
Direct-to-cell connects one phone to the internet. It gives no leader a single live map of 30 people, no geofence, no named-role tracking, no indoor coverage. The command-and-awareness layer is the product — and satellite doesn't provide it.
Satellite becomes our backhaul
One uplink on the Command unit pushes a whole deployment's picture to the cloud — remote dashboards, multi-site oversight, stakeholder portals — for one subscription, not one per head. Provider-agnostic: as direct-to-sat gets cheaper, our remote reach gets cheaper with it. A competitor's progress becomes our tailwind.
Where We Are

Live, and expanding.

Shipping now

Explorer and Command — the core platform is live and deployable for outdoor education and expeditions today.

In development

Nova (events) in active build; Aurora (ski) in early conversations — near-term revenue lines beyond the beachhead.

What we're raising for

Hardware scale-up, the Command intelligence layer, and go-to-market across the UAE, GCC, UK and international markets.
